Rates and Packages

We understand that pricing is an important part of your decision when hiring a consultant. When you contact us for more information, we will provide our current rates, as well as details on our billing policies. For now, here are some of the basics.

Hourly Rates

Our pay-as-you-go hourly rates vary according to the service being rendered. Design services, for example, are billed at a higher rate than general virtual assistant services. All pay-as-you-go work is invoiced monthly.

Retainer Packages

If you need ongoing month-to-month assistance, you may choose a retainer package. With our retainer packages, you are required to pay by the first of the month for a specified number of hours.

In return, we guarantee our availability for that amount of time each month, your work receives priority scheduling over pay-as-you-go work, and you receive a discounted hourly rate determined by the number of hours you choose.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are sent out on the first of each month, and are payable by check or PayPal. If you have another payment preference, we are happy to try to accommodate you.
