Hourly Rates

One-time projects and tasks are billed hourly. Our hourly rates vary according to the service being rendered. Design services, for example, are billed at a higher rate than general business support services.

Retainer Packages

If a client requests ongoing month-to-month assistance, they can opt to sign up for a retainer package for business support services. With our retainer packages, the client pays by the first of the month for a specified number of hours for that month. In return, they are guaranteed availability for that amount of time each month, and they receive a discounted hourly rate determined by the number of hours they choose.

Invoicing Schedule

Invoices are submitted to clients on the first of the month.
